Starfield Vineyards Sparkling Brut Moscato is an elegant, hand-picked, bottle-fermented sparkling wine that is made from the ancient varietal, Muscat of Alexandria. This wine has perfect balance and vitality with a rich, yet bright and vivacious mouth-feel. Stunning aromatics of green apple, lemongrass, peach, honey & cantaloupe soar out of the glass. Glorious and vibrant flavors of rich honeysuckle, crisp Asian pear, lemon zest, and ginger cascade over your palate as the delicate mouth-feel finishes with smooth and lingering flavors of lychee and coconut. The bright flavors, creamy finish and elegant effervescence is well-balanced by the refreshing acidity making this one of the most spectacular food wines we have ever crafted!
